Community Events. Looked into all of those posts and not one OP was able to get a solution - so Dfo file download failed asking again haha. I'm using the steam version so I deleted the launcher and did a verify cache so steam can re-download it and still same issue with the launcher. I tried getting the non-steam client from the website but I'm getting errors downloading the game itself with that as well.
Support suggested I disable anti-virus and run Steam as Administrator which I did and still no luck. I only started having the issue after Saturday reset. Seeing as it's just the launcher having issues with the internet connection, is there anything I could be missing that might be blocking it? Whenever that happens to me I just turn off my modem for a few seconds and turn it back on.

next i removed the blogger.com, blogger.com and blogger.com files from the main DFO folder when i ran the launcher it scanned my files then redownloaded the second file i deleted, followed by the first (that it was previously stuck on) and then a bunch more, it did get stuck again, but restarting the launcher seemed to get it going.
